Returns and Exchanges
This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased from Essential MMA .
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us by email – info@ essentialmma .com .au – within 14 days of purchase date. When return of items has been confirmed and approved, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days of approval date. Essential MMA reserves the right to refuse items shipped after this 7 day period.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags attached. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains, pet hair and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged or an in a condition that is not resalable.
It is suggested that all returns or exchanges are sent with tracking as we take no responsibility for returns or exchanges lost in transit.
Where items are received in – accordance with the returns/exchange policy compliance, refunds (if applicable) will be credited v ia the original form of payment less the cost of postage.
For ‘change of mind’ returns and exchanges , all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where free shipping qualified, the amount for the reship will be charged and or difference in price of item where the value is higher than the original price. Where the item is confirmed in – stock prior to return, it is recommended the customer provide a reply paid postage bag with the return for reship for the new item.
We will not exchange or ac cept returns for items indicating damage whether accidental or malicious, or where evidence of misuse, damage during opening, stained or general wear and tear.
*Note all garments where able, are checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are 100% defect free.
1. Purchase Order
An email notification will be sent to the email address provided confirming receipt of the order which is the binding contract of sale between the purchaser and Essential MMA.
In the event the listed item for some reason is out of stock , we will notify you as soon as we have identified any potential errors, with options where available
2. Return of defective items
Items may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, faulty or do not conform with the items details when purchasing .
* Items must be returned to Essential MMA within the stated period and to the provided address with details of the defect.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any product returned within the stated period. Exchanges are subject to availability o n stocked items. It is recommended to establish contact with Essential MMA to confirm availability of stock prior sending for change of mind exchanges .4. Cost of Return / Exchange
For exchange of products, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost s incurred for the exchange, (return of item to Essential MMA & for the dispatch of exchanged goods) unless the exchange is associated to defective/ fault of an item.
Products purchased during a sale or campaign are ineligible for return. Exchanges made o n sale or campaign products can be made subject to availability and with all exchange shipping costs the responsibility of the customer.
For customers seeking to return products, the Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
