Pricing and Currency
All pricing listed represents the sale of items in Australian Dollars.
Where customers order from outside Australia, the final amount may differ to advertised pricing due to Bank exchange rate or provided currency against the Australian Dollar resulting in slightly different price.
Any bank or Paypal fees associated to the purchase of items through this site are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All associated tax inclusive of import and duty are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event a listed item is purchased, if the price is altered by us after the purchase is confirmed, the price will not be altered in anyway from the time it was purchased.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch is usually within 24 hours, Monday – Friday, up to 72Hrs where purchase occurs late on a Friday.
Ensure you provide us with current email and telephone details should we need to contact you regarding your order.
Estimated delivery times vary from 1- 5 working business days pending on your location within Australia and the carrier providing delivery.
Express postage is available, if required please select Express Postage for expedited delivery. Most Express delivery is 1-2 days business days.
Returns and Exchange Policy
This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased from Essential MMA.
When return of item is required, it a requirement that the purchaser contacts us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels), undamaged condition, and not soiled.
Items will be refunded or replaced where a defect is identified prior to wearing and or use of the item less the cost of shipping.
All associated costs for return of an item are is the responsibility of the purchaser.
In all cases every effort is made to ensure all items are 100% prior to shipping.
No refund will be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing choice on confirmation of purchase. Store credit or will be offered and where items of the same line are no longer available, every effort to provide a similar item in style or value will be made. Where agreed on a item of greater value, the purchaser will be required to make payment of the difference and for any additional shipping.
We will not exchange or accept returns of items showing signs of damage not the result of a manufacturing fault. Including, but not limited to, accidental, malicious and other wear related damage.
Essential MMA does not guarantee acceptance of items returned after the notice period. Any items returned should be provided with appropriate tracking and insurance.
1. Purchase Order
An email notification will be sent to the email address provided confirming receipt of the order which is the binding contract of sale between the purchaser and Essential MMA.
In the event the listed item for some reason is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we have identified any potential errors, with options where available.
2. Return of defective items
Items may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, faulty or do not conform with the items details when purchasing.
*Items must be returned to Essential MMA within the stated period and to the provided address with details of the defect.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any product returned within the stated period. Exchanges are subject to availability on stocked items. It is recommended to establish contact with Essential MMA to confirm availability of stock prior sending for change of mind exchanges.
4. Cost of Return / Exchange
For exchange of products, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the exchange, (return of item to Essential MMA & for the dispatch of exchanged goods) unless the exchange is associated to defective/ fault of an item.
Products purchased during a sale or campaign are ineligible for return. Exchanges made on sale or campaign products can be made subject to availability and with all exchange shipping costs the responsibility of the customer.
For customers seeking to return products, the Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
