Returning of purchase

In the unlikely event you need to return your goods we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

The purchased items MUST be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging and unsoiled condition, once the returned item(s) is quality checked, we will offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and postage costs to resend the replacement item to you.

We will not accept the return of opened, damaged items and/or part used or tried goods.

What you must do

We require an email confirming the intent to return an item with the order number that included the item. You must contact us first to outline the issue and inform us of that the product is being returned. We recommend that items returned are sent with tracking to safely record and track the return of the item. We will not take responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit by courier or AUSPOST.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return costs associated to delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

Warranty will be honored in-accordance with the method of shipping and manufacturers declaration of warranty for the item(s) purchased


For exchange of items, a pre-paid self addressed satchel large enough to fit the new items MUST be included or additional postage costs will be charged. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage both ways for any exchange unless an incorrect product has been received.

A note detailing return/exchange request details must be provided with the items for a fast turn around including a the invoice number with the item highlighted.

Australia wide flat rate Standard Postage AUD$15.00 up to 5KG (tracking).

Australia wide Express Postage AUD$25.00 up to 5KG (tracking & signature) delivery times are usually 2 – 7 business days.
All purchases over $150.00 receive free postage

New Zealand wide flat Postage AUD$15.20 as standard up to 20kg. (Tracking) delivery times are usually 9 – 15 business days.
New Zealand wide Express Postage AUD$30.00 up to 5KG (tracking & signature) delivery times are usually 6 – 12 business days.

The delivery times provided by Essential MMA are estimates only (as per AUSTPOST estimations).

*If Postage error has occurred, you may receive an email or text indicating PAY NOW to finalise your order. This must be received in-order to action postage for your order if required. (If you believe you have received this in error, please contact Essential MMA immediately)

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed deliveries

Essential MMA will not be held accountable for deliveries that are lost or damaged during transit, or due to late arrival.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be required where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you regarding the delay in purchased items will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Essential MMA can not be held responsible for incorrectly provided delivery addresses.

All orders are processed during business hours (0830am-5.00pm) Monday to Friday Only (excluding public holidays). There are no weekend deliveries. Most orders will be processed within 24/48hrs of being received (during business hours).
